Salifu Senghore to SJK

Salifu Senghore has reached an agreement with the Finnish Veikkausliiga team SJK Seinäjoki regarding the player move to the club. The 20-years-old goalkeeper has signed one-year contract with an option of a further year in the club’s favour. Salifu started season 2020 in Ykkönen club IF Gnistan, and for the second half of the season, he made a loan move to Veikkausliiga club FC Lahti, where he played 2 matches in FC Lahti’s reserve team FC Reipas Lahti.

Salifu is a familiar face in various Helsinki area clubs, as he’s played youth matches in FC Viikingit, Atlantis FC, HJK, PK-35 and IF Gnistan.

Salifu has also Gambian citizenship and so far he’s been called up twice to the Gambian National team.
